Arick Teplikov founded AVT Painting in 2011. Jonathan Jennings ran 3J Painting. In 2022 they merged the two companies into JAVT Enterprises, combining their expertise across painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, and renovation management into a single company.
In 2023 both founders stepped off the tools to run JAVT as a real business - with structure, a dedicated project manager, and handpicked, character-vetted supervisors. Their combined 15+ years of hands-on trade experience means they can scope projects accurately, judge quality, and communicate with their crews in the language of the trade.
The result for clients: one point of contact, one team, and one standard of quality across every trade, with a founder personally inspecting the work before the final invoice.
